Too young in my opinion.
Wiat until you are 18 and maybe do a gap year with a group of mates travelling the world.

how about waiting until you are sixteen and going for your sweet sixteen?
i’m turning 16 and i’m going to europe with my best friend too!
the cheapest way to do this is to stay in hostels and don’t take tour guides. travel on your own, decide what you really want to see in each place.
remember that if you’re in england, a pound is $1.95 and a euro is about $1.50
so you’re going to have to know how to spend your money well.
investigate and plan EVERYTHING.
plan the whole trip.
EDIT: this is a great life experience and you can use the experience in your college essay.

WAY too young, its dangerous to be just with another peer your age and not to mention in a lot of countries you cannot even speak the language. If I were you I’d do a youth program like ASA or ARCC. ASA is very popular, you take a few classes during the day and then go party at night, its like a mini college and you stay in nice dorms. ARCC you explore and backpack with a group of 14 other peers.http://www.asaprograms.com/http://adventurescrosscountry.com/
There are plenty of groups just like these two for less. I’ve done them, but they are very expensive so I’m just using personal expierence. Just google around.

way to young – will your parents let you? I would not wait until you are 18 at least
