What Is The Cheapest Way To Travel Around Europe If I’ll Be Living In Madrid For A Semester?

While I’m studying abroad I’ll mostly be traveling on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and also during spring break. Is there a cheapest airline out of Madrid, or would a train be best, etc?
I’m hoping to go to Paris, Prague, Amsterdam, Vienna, and Warsaw.
