I would recomend italy, i was in florence and the arcitecture of the old. Churchs from the rensissance are amazing, driving into florence for the first time and all of a sudden the dome of the san marie del fiore looms out and overshadows everything around it, from looking at in art books its hard to believe they built so close to it, also d views in tuscany are beautiful, full of small walled towns on hills and miles of vineyards and red roofed farm houses, we went to san gimignano( chect spelling). Also the west of ireland is v picturesque try dingle its like the edge of the world

There is plenty to see on your current itinerary, but buy yourself a couple extra flash cards and DO Switzerland, you won’t be disappointed!
